Launched by owner Chantel Beauregard in 2005, Culinary Archeology has built a reputation for providing top-notch fare using local and seasonal ingredients and client-vision style event planning. Catering parties for 20 to 200 guests that regularly include elegant wine country weddings, corporate retreats, cocktail parties, and rustic barbecues.
Chantel’s approach to cuisine is inspired by her love of food and the flavors that come to peak each season. She constantly strives to craft creative menus that fit the taste and vision of her clients while incorporating local organic and seasonal ingredients.
While the food is very important to us, it is more than just the food that we bring to the table.
