Key Details
- Avoid avocados, bananas, and fava beans 48 hours before collection.
- Avoid alcohol, caffeine, or large fluid intake during the collection period.
- If you are taking hormones or supplements, consult the instructions that arrive with your test kit.
- If you are a cycling woman, you must collect the samples on specific days of your cycle.
- Follow the instructions in your kit to collect and ship your sample.
- This test is prepaid, you do not need to add payment or insurance information with your kit.
Results
- Results should be released to our office about two weeks after samples are received at the lab. We cannot guarantee processing time.
- We will notify you by email when your results are in.
- Results come with an extensive report from the Precision Analytical (DUTCH) lab.

HOW IT WORKS:
Once I receive your payment and shipping address, the DUTCH test will be shipped straight to you in 5-7 business days.
I will email you any necessary information for this process.
Take the test in the privacy of your own home and send it back to the lab using the included prepackaged label.
Once the results are ready, I will receive a notification (within 10-12 business days of the lab receiving your test).
I will notify you that it’s time to set up your 60 minute session with me, your personal nutritionist.
This comes with an extensive report from the Precision Analytical (DUTCH) lab.
